Yes. Make as many receipts as you like, in Bangla, English or both, with no account. What you type stays in your browser.
What does the paid plan add?
Bills raised on the 1st for every flat, reminders before and after the due date, receipts sent by SMS with a QR check, utility meters and bill splitting, expenses, move-out settlement and reports. Free covers up to 5 units.
Do tenants pay through Ovelit Rent?
No. Tenants pay you directly by bKash, Nagad, bank or cash, as now. They can send the transaction ID from their portal; you confirm it with one tap and the receipt goes out. Your rent never sits in our account.
Does it work for a flat owners' association?
Yes. The Committee plan bills service charge to each owner, splits generator and water bills by floor area, pays guards and the lift operator, and prints a monthly statement for the AGM.
Can I bring my old register in?
Yes. Fill in the Excel template (one row per flat) and upload it. Units, tenants and leases are created for you.
Is it in Bangla?
Receipts, agreements, the police information sheet and letters are in Bangla and English. The landlord screens are in English for now; a Bangla interface is on the roadmap.
