Ovelit Rent is provided by OveliTHub. By using it you agree to these terms.
The service
Ovelit Rent helps landlords, managers and owners' associations keep rent and building records, send bills and reminders and issue receipts. Templates, calculators and guides are general information, not legal or tax advice. Check documents with a lawyer or tax adviser for your situation.
Your data and your tenants
You are responsible for having a lawful reason to record the tenants' and owners' information you enter, for its accuracy, and for the messages you send through the service.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in taka. If a plan is not renewed, the account returns to the Free plan; nothing is deleted, but features beyond Free stop working until you renew.
Rent money
Tenants pay landlords directly. OveliTHub does not receive, hold or transfer rent.
Availability
We work to keep the service running and backed up, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Keep your own copies of important documents.
